Terms of Use

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Play Rexbet website. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What This Site Is

Play Rexbet is an independent, informational guide to Rexbet’s casino, live casino and sportsbook for players in Canada. We are not Rexbet, we do not operate any gambling product, and we do not process deposits, withdrawals or bets. Any account you open, and any funds you deposit, are with Rexbet directly and are governed by Rexbet’s own terms.

Acceptable Use

You may browse and read this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or scrape the content on this site without permission, attempt to disrupt the site’s operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable Canadian or provincial law.

Age and Eligibility

This site, and the products it describes, are intended for people 19 years of age or older. If you are not yet 19, please do not use this site or attempt to create a Rexbet account.

Affiliate Relationship

This site earns a commission when a reader signs up with Rexbet through a link here. Full details of that relationship are on our About page. This commission does not change the accuracy of what we write, but it is a financial interest you should be aware of when reading any recommendation on this site.

No Warranty

We aim to keep this site accurate and up to date, but game lineups, betting markets, bonus terms and deposit methods can change on Rexbet’s side without notice. We make no guarantee that information here is complete, current or error-free, and nothing on this site is financial, legal or gambling advice. Always confirm current terms directly with Rexbet before you rely on them.

Third-Party Sites

Links on this site lead to Rexbet and, occasionally, to third-party resources such as responsible-gambling organisations. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Play Rexbet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from decisions made based on its content, including any gambling losses incurred at Rexbet or elsewhere.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent through our Contact page.
